羟氯喹和甲氨蝶呤对类风湿性关节炎的治疗分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨羟氯喹和甲氨蝶呤(MTX)联合治疗类风湿性关节炎(RA)的疗效及安全性。方法:将120例RA患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例,治疗组给予羟氯喹联合MTX治疗,对照组MTX联合硫氮磺胺吡啶治疗,观察患者关节症状改善程度、血沉变化情况以及药物不良作用。结果:第四周时治疗组患者关节症状改善52.8%,明显高于对照组的37.0%(P<0.05),并且第四周时治疗组有效率为63%,明显高于对照组的43%(P<0.05),此外,对照组血清谷丙转氨酶和血清谷草转氨酶高于治疗组,不良反应治疗组发生率为8.01%,对照组发生率为13.52%。结论:羟氯喹和MTX联合应用能较好地缓解症状,患者症状改善的时间缩短,不良反应发生率低,患者耐受性好,值得临床推广。 Objective:To investigate the curative effect and safety of hydroxychloroquine and methotrexate (MTX) for treating rheumatoid arthritis (RA)Methods: 120 cases of RA were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,60 cases in each group.The treatment group was given hydroxychloroquine and MTX,while the control group was given MTX and sulfur-nitrogen sul- fasalazine. The improvement of joint symptoms, change of eryth.rocyte sedimentation rate and adverse reactions of drugs were observed and compared in the two groups.Results:In 4 weeks,the improvement of symptoms in the treatment group was 52.8% ,which was significantly higher than 37.0% in the control group(P〈0.05), the effective rate was 63%, which was significantly higher than 43% in the control group (P〈0.05).In addition, the control group resulted in higher serum alanine aminotransferase and aspart aminotranferase, and the treatment group had lower values of these two indexes. The adverse reaction rate was 8.01% in the treatment group and 13.52% in the control group.Conclusion:Hydroxychloroquine combined with MTX could markedly alleviate the symptoms, shorten the time of symptom improvement with lower adverse reaction rate and good tolerance, which is worthy to be popularized.
