摘要
采用120t转炉-LF—CC-热轧短流程生产φ28—120mm20CrMnTiH齿轮钢。轧材检验及生产过程中取样分析表明，钢中氮氧含量总和小于60×10^-6，淬透性带宽（J9，J15）△HRC〈7，夹杂物检验等级和偏析程度均小于1．5级，组织晶粒度大于7级，各项机械性能均符合GB要求。
120-t BOF-LF-CC-hot-rolled short process is adopted to produce φ28-120 mm 20CrMnTiH gear steel.
