摘要
炮孔深度是隧道掘进施工中最基本的技术参数之一,它对整个钻孔爆破工作及其技术经济效果起着决定性的作用。本文以铁山坪隧道Ⅲ级围岩开挖为例,通过量纲分析中π定理理论与现场实践确定隧道掘进中最优炮孔深度为2.5m。经过工程实践的检验,证实了文中方法的可靠性,旨在为类似工程开挖掘进提供客观的依据。
Blasthole depth is one of the most basic parameters in tunnel operation. It performs an important function to drill-blasting work and technical economic effects. This article took the excavation on Ⅲ surrounding rock of Tieshanping Tunnel as a case. Through π theorem of the dimensional analysis and site practice, the most superior blasthole depth was 2.5 meters during tunnel operation. The result was proved through engineering practice and indicated the method reliable,which was designed to provide an objective basis for analogical engineering evaluation.
