摘要
对韶山景观竹林中施以氮、磷、钾和复合肥,测定了其荧光参数Fo、Fv′/Fm′、ETR和光合速率。结果表明:施肥处理4个月后,引起荧光参数中的Fo下降,差异达显著水平;Fv/Fm基本保持不变;Fv′/Fm′、ETR值和光合速率增加。处理8个月后,荧光参数中的Fo下降明显,差异达显著水平;Fv′/Fm′、ETR值和光合速率增加,对照与所有处理的差异都达显著水平。处理12个月和16个月后,Fo、Fv/Fm、Fv′/Fm′、ETR值和光合速率的变化不明显,对照与处理的差异均未达显著水平。
The forests of Phyllostachys heterocycla cv. Pubescens were fertilized with nitrogenous fertilizer, kalium fertilizer, phosphor fertilizer and multiple fertilizer. The photosynthetic rate,fluorescence parameters of Fo, Fv/Fm, Fv′/Fm′ and ETR were determined. After treated for 4 months, the values of Fo decreased and the difference was obvious;Fv/ Fm basically unchanged ; the values of Fv′/Fm′,ETR and photosynthesis rate increased. After treated for 8 months, the values of Fo decreased, and the difference was obvious. The values of Fv′/Fm′, ETR and photosynthesis rate increased, the differences between the control and treatment were obvious. After treated for 8 months and 16 months, the changes of Fo, Fv/Fm, Fv′/Fm′, ETR and photosynthesis rate were not obvious.
