摘要
对哈尔滨汽轮机厂超临界600 MW机组存在的低压轴承座振动不稳定,低压转子不平衡振动和振动突变,发电机轴承座振动不稳定以及滑环小轴不平衡等共性问题作了分析。结合部分故障实例,如鹤岗、太仓、沁北、珞磺、汕头、乌沙山、伊敏、姚孟、巢湖、阳城等电厂多台机组的分析和处理过程,给出对于低压轴承座振动不稳定和低压转子不平衡振动,可采取使低压缸膨胀到位以及对低压转子进行高速动平衡解决;采取结构优化解决发电机座振动不稳定;采取高速动平衡解决滑环小轴不平衡振动等。
Directing against the general- character problems existing on supercritical 600 MW units manufactured by Harbin Turbine Works, such as unstable vibration of LP bearing brackets, un - balance vibration of the LP rotors,sudden change of LP rotor vibration,unstable vibration fo generator's bearing bracket,as well as un- balance of slip- ring' s small shaft etc. ,and combining with partial practical cases in other power plants, including analysis and disposal process for troubles occurred on some units in Hegang Power Plant, Taicang Power Plant, Qinbei Power Plant, Luohuang Power Plant, Shantou Power Plant, Yimin Power Plant, Chaohu Power Plant,and Yangcheng Power Plant etc. , some solution measures have been put forward as follows:for unstable vibration of LP bearing bracket and un - balance vibration of LP rotors, the expansion of LP cylinder can be made to reach a designated lev- el,so as to solve the problem by using the high- speed dynamic balancing method;for unstable vibration of generator's bearing bracket,the problem can be solved by using the optimization of structure; for un- balance vibration of slip- ring's small shaft, the problem can be solved by using high- speed dynamic balancing.
