摘要
在相当长的一个时期内,法学双语教学处于探索阶段。在这个阶段,如果不把握好一些基本问题,则学校、教师,特别是学生,会付出不应有的代价。而这些基本问题中的首要问题,无疑是课程选择问题。如果课程选择不当,就不能保证学生既学好知识,有效地获得专业英语思维能力和运用能力,也无从正确评价法学双语教学的实际意义和有效地积累双语教学的经验。因此,有必要将此问题作为首要问题加以考虑。依据多方面的标准进行筛选,合同法有理由成为法学双语教学试点的恰当课程。同时,依据合同法领域内的国际统一实体法的成果进行专题教学应成为合同法双语教学的切入点。
The bilingual teaching of Law in China is in the stage of exploration for a rather long time. Therefore, universities and teachers, especially students will pay unnecessary costs for it if some important choices can't be made correctly. The most important issue, no doubt, is the proper choice of the subject. If the choice is not a proper one, students cannot be assured to grasp knowledge and gain the ability of professional thought and expression in English. Furthermore, the value of the bilingual teaching of Law cannot be accurately assessed and experience of it cannot be accumulated efficiently. Hence, it is necessary to take this issue as the first one to be considered. Contracts is reasonable to be regarded as the proper subject as the experience of the bilingual teaching of Law according to a series of criterions. Topic lectures about international integrated substantial law shall be the cut-in point of bilingual teaching of Contracts.
