摘要
由于眼部生理结构的复杂和诸多屏障的影响,许多药物治疗眼后段疾病的作用甚微。滴眼剂治疗眼前段疾病有效,而治疗引起视力损伤的眼后段疾病几乎无效。玻璃体内注射可使药物直接到达眼后段,但却有给药不便及引发严重副作用的风险。因此,一种安全有效的给药途径对治疗眼后段疾病极为重要。
The complex physiological structure of eye and the impact of a number of barriers make many medicines less effective for the posterior eye segment diseases.Topical eye drop administration is useful only for the treatment of anterior eye segment diseases.Intravitreal injection of drugs enables direct access to posterior eye segment,but it is uncomfortable and leads to serious side effects.Hence,the development of drug delivery systems for posterior eye diseases is becoming increasingly important.
