摘要
介绍了钢管3PE防腐生产线现有的钢管传动线自动追脱控制系统和该系统存在的不足,提出一种用漏磁检测方法检测钢管接口实现自动脱管的方案,解决了我国目前钢管3PE防腐生产中自动脱管难以实现的问题。
This article introduced the current automatic control system of tracing up and separation of steel pipe 3PE processing, as well as its defects. It proposed an automatic separating pipes approach by the magnetic flux leakage inspection to gap of pipes;therefore,it solved the problem of automatic separation in 3PE processing.
