摘要
目的观察受试药硝酸益康唑阴道片的药效学治疗作用。方法通过家兔阴道感染白色念珠菌性阴道炎模型,以用药后动物阴道分泌物的白色念珠菌转阴率和阴道粘膜组织炎症恢复程度为指标观察药效。结果硝酸益康唑阴道片23.5mg/kg、47mg/kg、94mg/kg剂量均可抑制家兔阴道内感染白色念珠菌的生长,有效地消除阴道充血、水肿、糜烂、分泌物增多等病变,用药后阴道接种菌转阴率及阴道局部病变恢复程度与克霉唑阳性对照组比较无显著差异,与基质片组比较有显著差异。
Objective To observe the efficacy of econazole nitrate vaginal tablet to cure the inflammation in rabbit model of candida albicans vaginitis.Methods The rabbit model of candida albicans vaginitis was produced by infection of the domestic rabbit vagina with the white beads germ. The reducing rate of the white beads germ in the vagina secretion and the recovering degree of the vagina mucosa organization were examined.Results and Conclusion Econazole nitrate vaginal tablet can inhibit growth of the white beads germ, and remove many pathological changes, such as vaginal hyperemia,dropsy,erosion and increased secretion, at the dose of 23.5 mg/Kg、47 mg/Kg、94 mg/Kg. There is no significant difference in efficiency between econazole nitrate vaginal tablet and clotrimazole, but different significantly between econazole nitrate vaginal tablet and excipient.
