摘要
目的探讨混合痔合并便秘的手术方式。方法本组86例混合痔合并便秘,均行混合痔切除加肛门内括约肌侧切术。结果经手术治疗后,全部一次治愈。大便通畅,便后无痔核脱出。结论对于合并有混合痔的便秘患者,治疗痔疮和消除便秘同等重要。
Objective To explore the surgery styles of patients with merger of constipation mixed hemorrhoid. Methods There were 86 cases with mixed constipation and hemorrhoids combined, mixed hemorrhoids underwent resection surgery lateral internal anal sphincter. Resuits After surgical treatment, all of a cure. Stool smooth,then, after no hemorrhoids prolapse. Conclusion For the merger have a mixed hemorrhoid patients with chronic constipation, hemorrhoids and the elimination of constipation are equally important.
