摘要
目的探讨行巨大甲状腺肿瘤切除手术中喉返神经(RLN)损伤的原因及预防措施。方法对我院2008年1月～2009年12月实施的69例巨大甲状腺肿瘤双侧次全切除或单叶全切除术患者进行回顾性分析总结。结果暂时性RLN损伤2例,无永久性喉返神经损伤病例。结论熟悉喉返神经正常解剖和变异,根据病人具体情况进行仔细操作,是避免神经损伤,特别是永久性损伤的关键。

Conclusion The familiar throat returns to the nerve normal dissection and the variation, carries on the careful operation according to the patient special details, avoids the neurotrosis, specially permanent damage key.
