摘要经外周静脉穿刺置人中心静脉导管（Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter，PICC），因其显而易见的优势已广泛应用于临床，其成功置管的重要条件是患者肘部血管条件良好，可以直视或触及，对于肘部血管弹性差、无法直视或触及，直接穿刺成功概率低的患者，如何成功置管仍成为困扰置管护士的问题。
