摘要
阐述了用实验室相似材料模拟和现场实测相结合的方法,对综放面顶煤的可放性进行了试验研究,同时用理论分析法对影响顶煤可放性的因素进行了分析,从而得出了:顶煤可放性与顶煤块度及其所占百分率与放煤口短边尺寸的关系;顶煤可放性与松散煤体中水分的关系。
Abstract This paper approved test data with a combined method of a lab similar material simulation and a site measurement. This paper analyzed and studied main factors influenced to coal caving possibility in a coal caving face, such as a breaking size of top coal, moisture, caving window size and the relationship in order to find a influence law. When a ratio between a coal size and the caving window size is less than 33 3 %, top coal can be easily discharged out. When 33 3 % <η< 45 0 %, top coal will be jammed and the jam could be easily solved. When η>57 %, top coal will be frequently jammed and the jam will be difficult to be solved. When a moisture of top coal is M ≤ 1 25 %, there is no influence to the top coal caving possibility. When 1 25 %< M ≤ 2 91 %, the top coal will be jammed sometime and the jam could be easy to be solved. When M > 2 91 %, top coal will be firmly jammed and the jam and the top coal will not be discharged.
