摘要
结合新建单线电气化铁路工程昆河线玉溪至蒙自段旧寨隧道出口地热段的施工,介绍隧道地热高温段所采用的综合施工降温技术:采用帷幕注浆堵水、加强通风、冰块冷却降温、保温管排水、低温室等综合配套降温技术,将长900 m、最高温度达52℃的高地热影响段施工温度降低至32℃以下,确保隧道安全顺利施工。
Combined with the ground heat section construction in Jiuzhai Tunnel exit of Yuxi-Mengzi Section of the new single-line electrified railway project Kunhe Line,this paper gives details in comprehensive construction cooling techniques for high temperatured section in the tunnel,including water-stop by curtain grouting,enhancing ventilation,ice cube cooling,insulating pipe draining,low temperatured room and other complicated assisting techniques,so as to reduce construction temperature of the 900 m section which is highly affected by ground heat from 52 ℃ maximum to below 32 ℃,which does great benefits to the safe completion of the tunnel.
