摘要
变频器已被广泛地应用于火力发电厂里的给煤机,但是当给煤机应用变频器后,6kV厂用电源瞬停切换时会导致锅炉熄火停炉,造成重大经济损失。以上海宝钢股份公司电厂为例,介绍了电厂锅炉给煤机变频器因电源瞬停或电压瞬时变化引起跳闸的隐患,对变频器主电路及其工作原理进行分析,提出了通过改造变频器主电路使变频器在电源瞬停时不发生跳闸的方法,从而确保锅炉在6kV厂用电源瞬停切换时能维持连续运行。
Inverters have been widely used in the feeders in coal power plants. But when an inverter is used, the transient loss of the 6 kV plant power supply will cause the shutdown of the boiler, which results in great economic losses. Quoting Shanghai Baosteel Power Plant for example, the hidden dangers of inverters ' trip resulting from the transient loss of the power supply or the transient change of voltage were introduced, the main circuit of inverters and its working principle were analyzed, a method which can avoid the inverter tripping in the condition of transient loss of the power supply was proposed, which can ensure boiler run continuously when transient loss of the 6 kV plant power supply happens.
