摘要
通过分析电厂输煤系统粉尘产生的原因,提出控制输煤系统粉尘污染的优化设计方法及实现途径。输煤系统筛碎设备的配置要考虑煤质情况、磨煤机类型等因素。如果电厂采用钢球磨煤机,输煤系统根据来煤情况可考虑无需设置筛碎设备。对于皮带机的设计,采用新型密闭防偏导料槽与喷水水雾联合除尘。电厂实践运行表明,以上措施不仅投资少,运行费用低,而且可极大地减少粉尘污染,取得了良好的节能减排效果。
By analyzing dust production mechanism in power coal handling system, optimal design method of dust pollution control in coal handling system was proposed. Coal quality and mill types were considered for distribution of screen and crusher facilities. For ball mill, the screen and crusher facilities may be canceled. New anti-deviation airtight guide groove and sprinkler water spray were combined to prevent dust for design of belt conveyor .The practice shows that the measures can reduce investment, operating expenses and dust pollution, which achieve the purpose of saving energy and reducing emissions in power plant.
