Since the 90s of 20th century,the Central Committee looked on transport industry,particular highway development as the overall,strategic and urgent task of national economic development. Nearly ten years since the new century( 'Tenth Five-Year' and 'Eleventh Five-Year' period) ,is the period of highway construction developing rapidly. The market of road building and maintenance machinery of had been driven by China's highway construction 'Great Leap Forward'. The national expressway network construction is in the ascendant,creating a vast handy for road construction machinery,such as road compaction machinery,asphalt mixing plant and paving equipment,etc.
