摘要
目的:观察半佛纳米微丸对大鼠的长期毒性。方法:半佛纳米微丸以10.0,5.0,2.5 g.kg-1(为临床拟用量的100,50,25倍)给大鼠连续ig 90 d,停药14 d,分别测量大鼠体重、血液学和血液生化指标,计算脏器系数,并做组织病理学检查。结果:半佛纳米微丸各剂量组大鼠的一般状况、体重、血液学和生化学指标、脏器系数与空白对照组比较,均未见明显差异,病理检查未见与药物相关的明显病变,停药后也未见药物延迟性毒性反应。结论:半佛纳米微丸长期用药无明显毒性,推论临床拟用剂量是安全的。
Objective：To observe the long-term toxicity induced by Banfo Nanometer pellets in rats.Methods：The rats were orally given Banfo Nanometer pellets doses of 10.0 g·kg^-1,5.0 g·kg^-1,2.5 g·kg^-1（100,50 and 25 times of clinic dose） for 90 days.And rats were observed for 14 days after drug withdrawal.The rat＇s weights,organ coefficients,the indexes of hematology and biochemistry were determined.Pathological examinations were carried out.Results：The outer appearance and behavior,weights,organ coefficient,the indexes of hematology and biochemistry in drug groups had not shown significant difference by comparing with the control group.The pathological examination did not reveal significant pathological changes and delayed toxicity related to the drug.Conclusions： Banfo Nanometer pellets has no significant toxicity for long-term administration in rats.It infers that the clinical dose would be safe.
