摘要
环境法学作为一门新兴的交叉学科,其产生和发展经历了一个复杂的过程,之所以称之为交叉学科,主要是因为其学科特点与研究范式所决定的。本文就根据环境法的交叉性的特点,主要从环境法的哲学基础,生态学基础,经济学基础几个方面予以论述。以期能够将环境法这门学科的特殊性呈现在读者面前。另外,掌握以及了解环境法学之基础,对于学习和研究这门新兴的学科具有重要的指导意义。
The environmental law is a new and an interdisciplinary subject,it was a complex process since it was born and development.The reason called it interdisciplinary subject is because the subject characteristics and the researching methods,This paper is to discuss the features from the aspects of the basis of ethics,ecology,and economics.Besides,learning about the basis of environmental law is significance importance for this subject.
