人端粒酶反转录酶在肿瘤靶向分子显像中的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 端粒酶是一种核糖核蛋白DNA聚合酶,通过合成端粒DNA弥补细胞分裂造成的DNA缩短。端粒结构包括端粒酶模板RNA(human telomerase RNA,hTR)和2个相关蛋白:端粒酶反转录酶(telomerase reverse transcriptase,TERT)和端粒酶相关蛋白1(telomerase—associated protein 1,TEP-1)。hTR提供合成端粒DNA的模板部分5′-CUAACCUAAC-3′该部分能与端粒序列(TTAGGG)n互补,利用自身作为模板在人TERT(human TERT,hTERT)的催化作用下不断合成新的TYAGGG,以维持端粒的长度,弥补细胞分裂引起的染色体末端端粒丢失,起到稳定染色体、防降解和融合的作用。
