摘要 本试验合成了廉价的稀土深棕色陶瓷颜料。对颜料进行了物相鉴定及元素分析,绘制了吸收光谱。结果表明,颜料的析出结晶为Mn1.5Cr1.5O4和SiO2。少量稀土元素进入晶格,它有加深颜色、提高鲜艳度和改进高温稳定性的特点。对发色机理进行了初步探讨。 The cheap rare earth-containing dark brown ceramic pigment was synthesized. The composition of the phases and the elements of the pigment were examined.The spectral absorption curve was drawn.The result shows that the crystal phases of the pigment are Mn 1 5 Cr 1 5 O 4 and SiO 2 A small amount of RE atoms may get into crystal lattice,it lead to deepening and brightening the colour and improving high-temperature stability.The chromatic mechanism was discussed.
