摘要
目的探讨治疗慢性肺心病并发肾功能不全的方法。方法对照组用常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上配合采用注射用丹参冻干粉0.4g,黄芪注射液30mL,加入5%葡萄糖溶液内静滴,每日1次,二周一疗程。结果疗程后治疗组显效率和总有效率均优于对照组,各项检测指标治疗组改善明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丹参和黄芪联合治疗对肺心病合并肾功不全疗效显著。
Objective To enquire into treatment method of renal insufficiency of patients with chronic cor pulmonale. Methods To receive red sage root powder 0.4g and astragalus injection 30 mL plus regular treatment in the treatment group or regular treatment alone in the control group. The regular treatment was the same in both groups. Results Produce rate and total effective rate were higher in the treatment group than the control group. Improvement of all test indexes is evident higher in the treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Red sage root powder and astragalus has obvious effect in treatment of renal insufficiency of patients with chronic cot puhnonale.
