摘要
教育研究者与教育实践者相互排斥、缺乏互动的紧张关系是内外因素互激互荡的合谋结果。内因即有限理性人自我利益的最大化倾向,外因即教育评价制度的利益诱惑。解决的思路在于唤醒二者的教育良知,以绝对命令形式约束其自我利益最大化的机会主义倾向;尊重个人私益,构建私益转变公益的教育评价制度。这将最终消解二者的排斥性紧张关系,促使双方和谐共生,积极推动教育本真使命的稳步实现。
The tense relationship between the researcher and practicer is entirely due to the internal and external factors.The internal factor is the tendency of self-interest maximization and the external factor is the interest temptation of the education evaluation system.This article gives the key: The education conscience of them must be aroused and then the tendency of self-interest maximization would be restricted by the diktat.The second is to respect personal profit and structure an education evaluation system which could turn personal profit into public profit.This will slacken the tense relationship between them so as to foster the harmonious co-existence and fulfillment of the task of education.
