摘要
运用ANSYS有限元分析软件,构建钢网离散模型,对不同钢网结构增强的高密度聚乙烯(PE-HD)复合材料进行力学性能分析,通过对复合材料拉伸和弯曲模拟发现,钢网增强PE-HD复合材料的弹性模量随着钢丝直径的增加和试样宽度上钢丝排布数目增加而增加,达到纯PE-HD的4~9倍;弯曲模量也随着钢丝直径的增加和试样宽度上钢丝排布数目增加而增加,达到PE-HD的1~3倍。经验证,模拟数据与试验结果非常吻合。
Based on ANSYS finite element analysis software, steel mesh discrete models were formulated for simulating the mechanical properties of steel skeleton reinforced PE-HD composites. Both Young's and bending moduli of the composites increased with increasing diameter of the steel skeleton and mesh density. The calculated moduli agreed well with the experimental data.
