摘要 下鼻甲肥厚是慢性肥厚性鼻炎、变应性鼻炎等疾病的一种常见体征。以往治疗多采用硬化剂注射、冷冻、微波、激光等手段,由于并发症较多,且易复发,渐被下鼻甲低温等离子射频消融术取代。该技术通过低温射频消融肥大下鼻甲组织,保留了鼻黏膜正常功能,改善鼻腔通气,并且极少出现鼻出血、萎缩性鼻炎等并发症,提高了患者的治愈率。 Inferior turbinate hypertrophy is a common sign of the chronic hypertrophic rhinitis and the allergic rhinitis.It is previously treated with injection of sclerosing agent,cryotherapy,microray,and laser,et al.Nowadays,treatment with radiofrequency ablation takes the place of these methods because the old methods result in more complications and recidivism.The new method can reduce the hypertrophic inferior turbinate tissue by radiofrequency ablation,protect the normal function of nasal mucosa,and improve the nasal venting.It hardly results in complications such as nasal bleeding,atrophic rhinitis and so on,It raise the cure rate greatly.
