摘要
近年来，我国快速发展的奶牛养殖业为我国畜牧业经济带来了活力，但也产生了大量的废弃物，污染空气、水质、土壤和产生病原微生物，直接影响奶牛养殖业的发展和生态效益以及社会效益。综合治理措施上政府部门应加大监管和服务力度；合理处理奶牛粪便；采用适宜的污水处理技术；改善饲养管理，减少污染物产生量；加强奶牛基地建设以及绿化场区，控制恶臭扩散。
In recent years, China＇s rapid development of China＇s livestock economy cow industryvitality, but also generated a lot of waste, pollution of air, water, soil and produce pathogenic micro-organisms, a direct impact on the development and ecological benefits cow industryas well as social benefits. The major causes of pollution caused by waste dairy inappropriate siting; cow manure handling unreasonable; government management efforts is not enough; environmental awareness among poor farmers or less ability to control pollution. Integrated control measures should be increased government regulation and better services; a reasonable deal with cow dung; the adoption of appropriate sewage treatment technologies; improved feeding and management, reduce the amount of pollutants generated; enhancing dairy bases, as well as green field area to control the odor spread.
