摘要
城乡一体化是我国农村实现现代化的关键,革除旧的法律制度障碍,建立健全新的适应统筹城乡协调发展的科学的法律体系,特别是保障农民政治权利和土地权利的法律创新是我们当前立法的重要任务。而在立法观念上,必须树立新的城乡发展观,以使立法能促进城乡一体化进程。
Chinese Urban-rural integration is the key of rural modernization, it is our important legislative task to abolish old legal system obstacle and build new scientific law system which adapt the urban-rural harmonious development, especially legal innovation of securing peasants＇ political and agrarian rights . Legislators should set new idea of urban-rural development so as to let law promote urban-rural integration.
