摘要
健美健身运动人群可分为非受众、准受众和受众几种类型。其中,健美健身受众又分为健身受众、健美受众和竞技选手受众几种水平。不同类型、不同水平的健美健身受众体现着不同的目标追求和动机水平。基于此,文章提出实现健美健身参与人群由较低目标向较高目标水平递进,或促使受众角色意识和角色定位正向性转型以提升运动目标层次与效果的策略和举措。
The people participating aerobics and bodybuilding exercises can be divided into non-audiences,quasi-audiences and audiences.And the audiences can be further divided into the audiences of bodybuilding,aerobics and competition players.The audiences at different levels and in different categories have different targets and motives.Based on this fact,the thesis proposes the strategies and measures to move the participants up the scale in terms of the target and promote the positive transformation of the role awareness and role orientation to enhance the performance and the level of the targets.
