攀长钢公司超级双相不锈钢管材试制 被引量:2

摘要 攀长钢在试制某超级双相钢钢管时,发现热加工热塑性差。主要表现在制坯时锻造开裂、轧制脆断,挤压管材内外表面裂口及裂纹严重。通过多次试制,成功解决塑性差问题,生产合格成品管材。成品管检验结果表明,化学成分控制、性能等质量指标满足用户技术要求,工艺路线成熟。 In the process of trial production of super duplex stainless steel tube S32750, it was found that the thermal plasticity during hot working was bad, whose main presents were cracking during blank forging , brittle facture during rolling and bad split and cracking on the internal and external surfaces of extruded tube. After several rounds of trial production, the problem of bad thermal plasticity was solved and qualified tubes were produced. Test results on finished tube showed that the chemical composition and properties could meet the technical requirements of the customers, and the production process was reliable.
