摘要
"5.12"特大地震给灾区青少年带来了严重的心理危机,而且相关灾后心理症状可能长期存在。文章运用灾难心理相关理论对灾区青少年心理特征进行分析,并结合阅读疗法的心理治疗作用,指出阅读疗法运用于地震灾区青少年心理重建中的优势和重要价值,并提出相关方法与思路。
"5.12" earthquake hit young people with serious mental crisis,and related post-trauma psychological symptoms may exist for a long time.This article uses disaster mental theory to analyze psychological characteristics of young people in disaster areas,combined with psychological treatment role of the reading treatment,then points out that using the reading treatment to reconstruct mental health of young people in disaster areas has advantages and significant value.At last,this article proposes relative methods and thinking of using the reading treatment to reconstruct mental health of young people in disaster areas.
