摘要
江苏的原创动漫已取得长足的发展,在此基础上抓好原创动漫精品建设,对于江苏的文化强省建设、增强江苏动漫产业核心竞争力、提升江苏动漫的国际影响力具有重要意义。如何立足于产业发展的实际,着力打造原创动漫精品,文章从政策引导、人才培养和资源整合三个方面提出了建议。
On the basis of great achievements in the original cartoon in Jiangsu, it is of vital importance to keep ensuring the original Choice cartoon so as to make Jiangsu a powerful province in cultural construction, to strengthen its core competitiveness in the cartoon industry, and to improve the international influence of its cartoon work. The author here puts forward suggestions on policy guidance, talent training, and resource reorganization on the part of how to strive for choice cartoon based on the current development of the industry.
