摘要
目的探讨高龄喉癌患者的手术适应症及术前、术中、术后的治疗措施。方法对３２例高龄喉癌患者行手术治疗。结果尽管术中、术后有并发症发生，但无手术死亡。３、５年生存率分别为４３．５％、３５．７％。取得了较好的治疗效果。结论我们认为高龄喉癌患者实施手术治疗是安全的。
Objective To approach surgical indication and treatment of pre operation,intra operation,post operation.Methods 32 high aged patients with laryngeal cancer were treated by operation in our department. Results Although there were complications during and post operation, no death occurred. 3,5 years survival rate was 43.5%, 35.7%,respectively. Conclusions Surgical treatment of the high aged patients with laryngeal cancer safe and valuable.
