利用抛光砖污泥制备微晶玻璃研究 被引量:5

摘要 利用65wt%抛光砖污泥等,通过烧结法制备CAS(CaO-Al2O3-SiO2)微晶玻璃,并采用XRD、SEM等研究了抛光砖污泥微晶玻璃的相组成以及微观形貌。研究结果表明,在烧结制度为,核化:950℃保温40min;晶化:1150℃保温120min,可制备出表面光滑细腻平整,有漂亮析晶花纹,结构致密的装饰用微晶玻璃。其力学性能、耐酸碱腐蚀等物理化学性能较好。所得抛光砖污泥微晶玻璃的主晶相是硅灰石(CaSiO3),伴有钙铝黄长石(Ca2Al2SiO7)次晶相;样品析出的晶粒较大,在5~10μm之间;晶粒呈米粒状均匀堆积分布的是硅灰石(CaSiO3)晶体,而片状的晶粒就是钙铝黄长石(Ca2Al2SiO7)晶体。 The CAS (CaO-AI203-SiO2) glass-ceramic was prepared using 65wt% ceramic polished tiles sludge by particle sintering method. The Phase composition and Microcosmic graph of CAS (Ca3Al2SiO2) glass-ceramic were test by XRD, SEM method. The results showed that at sintering schedule. nucleating temperature 950℃ holding time 40min, crystallizing temperature 1150℃ holding time 120min, the glass-ceramic with smooth surface, delicate formation and beautiful crystallization pattern was produced when the content of sludge is 65wt%. The Samples prepared has the main phase of wollastonite (CaSiO3) and minor phase of calcium-aluminium Hwang (Ca2Al2SiO7); the grain size of samples prepared is large and between 5 -10μm.
