摘要
黎锦晖，中国近代儿童音乐创作的拓进者，他积极改革普通学校音乐教育的教学、创作等活动，这些活动都与其推广国语的运动有着莫大的关联。文中通过对黎锦晖在20世纪20～30年代从事的国语运动及相关儿童音乐创作活动的梳理，力求更进一步地展示他所提出的“推广国语最好从教小孩子们唱歌做起”的儿童音乐教育理念。
Li Jinhui, the pioneer of Child Music Composition in modem China, actively reformed the music education in schools, and promoted mandarin in the meantime. In this article, the author attempted to, through analyzing Li＇ s activities of mandarin promotion and child music composition early the 20th century, present his ideas about child music education： teaching children of singing is the best way to promote mandarin.
