摘要
根据济钢高炉的实际生产数据绘制了里斯特操作线图,应用该图计算出1#1750m3高炉仍有降低焦比40.61kg/t的潜力。同时,计算表明,生铁含硅改变0.1%影响焦比4.33kg/t,热风风温提高100℃可降低焦比21.24kg/t,高炉煤气中CO2变化1%影响焦比8.52kg/t。为此提出了优化布料方式、提高风温等操作措施,以实现高炉燃耗指标的降低。
A.Rist line chart was drawn according to the practical production data of the BF in Jinan Steel, and it was calculated by this chart that the No.1 1 750 m3 BF still had the potential of reducing coke ratio by 40.61 kg/t. At the same time, calculation showed that coke ratio would reduce about 4.33 kg/t if the silicon in pig iron was changed 0.1%, coke ratio will reduce about 21.24 kg/t if the blast temperature enhanced 100 ℃, and coke ratio will reduce about 8.52 kg/t if the carbon dioxide in the blast gas increased about 1%. Therefore, some suggestions were put forward such as optimizing distribution mode and improving the blast temperature etc to realize the decrease of the BF fuel cost.
