摘要
采用新型二烷氧基型硅烷偶联剂及传统三烷氧基型硅烷偶联剂对苯丙乳液进行改性,通过电化学阻抗方法对改性前后涂膜的防腐性能进行研究。结果表明,改性涂膜的防腐性能优于未改性涂膜,而新型二烷氧基型硅烷偶联剂KH-578改性苯丙乳液的防腐性能最佳。
The styrene-acrylic emulsion was modified by a new bis-alkoxyl silane coupling agent and a conventional trialkoxyl silane coupling agent. The corrosion protection property of the coating before and after modification was studied by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The results showed that the corrosion protection property of the modified coating is better than that of the unmodified coating, and the corrosion protection performance of the styrene acrylic emulsion modified by the new bisalkoxyl silane coupling agent KH-578 is the best.
