摘要
加强辅导员队伍建设是做好新时期高校学生工作的现实需要。分析高职院校辅导员队伍现状,就如何加强学生辅导员队伍建设提出一些对策与建议。
Strengthen the building of the ranks is to do instructors work in the real needs of college students. This paper analyzes the status of counselors and gives some suggestions on training counselors.
