摘要
数字电感控制棒位置指示系统的翻码区大小直接关系到探测器在反应堆上的可用性。论文对影响棒位指示系统翻码区的各方面因素包括探测器测量线圈的宽度误差、位置误差、绕组加工误差、探测器输出模拟信号的幅度变化、多测量线圈的不一致性、编码棒的加工误差、环境磁场的干扰以及信号变送器的不一致性等进行了分析;并进而推出了棒位指示系统的翻码区。该工作为新型数字电感棒位探测器的设计及其研究提供了理论基础。
The code-variation-region of a digital inductance control rod position indicating system directly relating to the usability of an indieator in a PWR is studied in the paper. Therefore various factors influencing on the region, e.g. width, manufacture, arrangement deviation of a coil, analog output excursion of the detector, difference among the coils and signal transmitters, manufacture deviation of the coding bar and interference from magnetic field are analyzed in detail. Furthermore, the code variation region of the indicator is calculated. In conclusion, this research is very important for designing a new digital inductance control rod position detectors.
