摘要
在短暂性局灶脑缺血模型上,以依赖还原型辅酶Ⅱ的黄递酶(NADPH-d)作为一氧化氮合酶(NOS)的代表物,用组织化学染色方法结合计算机图像分析,观察局部神经细胞在遭受缺血缺氧后,NOS早期变化情况。结果表明,缺血侧早期NOS含量和活性与非缺血侧相比明显升高,NOS含量和活性与缺血时间呈负相关线性关系。结合模型上的组织学变化,显示生物酶学变化在前,形态学改变滞后的规律。
In this study ,changes in neuronal nitric oxide synthase(nNOS) during the early period after transient focal cerebral ischemia were observed by using histochemical stain methods combined with computer image analysis on the basis of the transient focal cerebral ischemia model with NADPH diaphorase acting as nNOS. The results indicate that the quantity and activation of nNOS are more increased in the focal ischemia area than in the opposite focal area during the early period. Bath changes in nNOS quantity and activation and the time have a negative correlation during the early period after transient focal cerebral ischemia in rat. Combining the histological changes in the experimental model of rat,the results support the general comception that bio-enzymological changes are earlier than histological changes.
