摘要
循证护理实践的方法如循证医学实践的方法一样，归纳为“五步曲”。即：确定临床实践的问题-查询相关资料，检索有关的医学文献-严格评价文献＼经过统计学处理后得出结论-结合自己的临床经验和病人的价值和愿望，应用最佳证据，指导临床决策-通过实践以后的后效评价，提高临床学术水平和护理质量。
