武广高铁改良土施工工艺现场试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对武汉—广州高速铁路路基土的加强措施问题,对拌制和填筑设备进行筛选,制定实施了高速铁路路基土改良方案的施工方法,并采用掺加不同水泥剂量实验分析和测试、实验现场碾压、路基压实效果检测、强度试验检测与改良土泡水试验等方法来获得水泥改良土强度与水稳性等相关指标。研究结果表明:水泥改良土填筑压实检测时间和检测标准应考虑其时效性;水泥改良土的无侧限抗压强度与室内无侧限抗压强度相差不大;全-强风化泥质板岩掺加水泥改良后具有较高的强度与良好的水稳性,最后,从施工工艺和实验分析角度分析得出改良土适合高速铁路路基填料。 Considering that problems of the strengthening measures of Wu - Guang railway soil, filling equipment was optimized and construction method was developed. The strength of cement modified soil with time - sensitive targets was gained by using the method of cement measurement and test, on - site rolling and compaction effects test, water stability and strength - testing. Filling cement modified soil compaction test of time and testing stand- ards should consider the timeliness. Improved soil test results show that all - strong weathering admixture of cement modified with high strength and strong water stability can be used as high - speed railway embankment filling. Unconfined compressive strength in local should be used with indoor test results. Eventually, from the perspective of construction technology and experiments analysis the improved soil is extraordinarily fit for the fillers of railway dedicated line subgrade.
