摘要
原稳装置普遍存在稳前原油含水率超标现象,导致装置运行不平稳,甚至导致液泛冲塔和黑烃事故的发生,有进行技术改造的必要性。运用烃类工艺模拟软件,对原稳装置的加热炉在不同温度下的轻烃产量、脱出水量及热流量的变化进行了模拟研究,认为加热炉的出口温度在220℃时,原稳装置运行工况和脱出水量可达到最佳状态。
For a crude oil stabilization unit, there exists a common phenomenon of higher water cut in unstable crude oil. which results in an abnormal running of the unit, and even the hydrocarbon black or flooding tower accidents. Therefore, technical improvement on the unit is necessary. By means of the hydrocarbon process software, simulation study is carried out on light hydrocarbon output atdifferent temperatures, water of dehydration volume and variation of heat flow. It is considered that operating condition of the crude oil stabilization unit and water of dehydration volume can be controlled at optimized state when outlet temperature of the heater is kept at 220℃.
