摘要
针对高压天然气管道可能发生的火灾危险性,基于恒定气体释放速率和火灾模型,提出了高压管道危险区域计算模型,并与实际值进行比较,最大偏差只有4m。应用该模型可以通过管道直径、工作压力和管道长度计算全口径断裂事故的影响范围。研究表明,危险影响区域与工作压力的平方根成正比,与管道直径的5/4次幂成正比,与管道长度的1/4次幂成反比。该模型可为天然气管道风险管理提供理论指导。
In the light of fire risk existed in high-pressure gas pipelines and based on constant gas release rate and fire model, a computing model for risk areas of the high-pressure pipeline is proposed and comparison with actual value is made. The result shows that maximum error between them is only 4 m.With this model,impact extension of the accident for a all-diameter rupture pipeline canbe determined through calculating pipe's diameter, working pressure and pipe's length. Researches indicate that a risk impact area is proportional to the square root of operating pressure,to the 5/4 power of pipe's diameter and inversely proportional to 1/4 power of pipeline's length. The model can provide a theory instruction for risk management of gas pipelines.
