摘要
为给何首乌的药用成分积累规律研究提供结构学和组织化学资料,对何首乌的营养器官根、茎、叶及块根进行了解剖学研究,同时对其主要药用成分蒽醌类物质进行了组织化学研究。结果表明:根、茎的初生结构和次生结构及叶的结构与一般双子叶植物相似;块根由周皮、次生韧皮部、异常维管束、次生木质部及初生木质部组成,异常维管束属周韧维管束类型;何首乌的蒽醌类物质主要存在于块根内,茎、叶和根内含量较少。
The structure of Polygonum multiflorum root,stem,leaf and root tuber and its anthraquinones distribution were studied to provide a reference to study the accumulation regulation of its anthraquinones.The results showed that the primary and secondary structure of the root and stem and the leaf structure is similar to dicotyledon.The root tuber is composed of periderm,secondary phloem,abnormal vascular,secondary xylem,and primary xylem.The abnormal vascular is the kind of amphicribral vascular bundle.Its anthraquinones is mainly distributed in root tubers and the anthraquinones content in its stem,root and leaf is little.
