摘要
目的研究六味地黄丸辅助治疗糖尿病的作用。方法测量各剂量组对糖尿病小鼠饮水量、饮食量、体重和血糖的影响。结果六味地黄丸与二甲双胍配伍使用能够较好地控制血糖,改善糖尿病小鼠的症状。结论初步验证了六味地黄丸具有辅助降血糖的作用。
Objective To study the effect of Liuwei Dihuang Wan in the adjunctive therapy of diabetes. Methods Different doses were given to diabetic rats and their effect on the rats ＇ intake of water and food, body weight and blood glucose were studied. Results The ap- plication of Liuwei Dihuang Wan in compatibility with Mefformin was of better control of blood glucose and improved the symptoms of the diabetic rats. Conclusions The research verifies primarily the adjunctive effect of Liuwei Dihuang Wan in reducing blood glucose.
