摘要
通过对水样的前处理、仪器分析条件的优化试验以及检出限、精密度、准确度和回收率等的试验,探索了用火焰原子吸收法测定水和废水中钴的方法。该方法检出限为0.01mg/L,精密度为0.6%-16%,准确度为-0.3%(1.01±0.05μg/mL)、加标回收率为90%-104%,满足环境监测技术规范、环境管理、环境评价体系的需求,建议有关部门将其制定为相应标准。
This article explored the cobalt determination method from surface water and wastewater through a series of tests in terms of sample pre - treatment, instruments condition optimization, and detection limit, RSD, accuracy and recovery rate. In our test, the detection limit is 0.01 mg/L , the RSD is 0.6% - 16%, the accurancy rate is -0.3% (1.01 ±0.05 μg/mL) and the recovery rate is 90% -104%, the method satisfies the demands from environmental monitoring technology standard, the environment management and environmental assessment system. We suggest that it will make this a corresponding standard by Government.
