摘要
介绍了基于纯水液压传动的单相细水雾灭火实验系统的组成、工作原理及实验内容的设计,给出了部分实验实例。实验系统包括液压动力源、喷嘴或喷头雾化系统、控制系统和测量系统4部分,实验内容涉及液压传动、流体力学、机械设计、机电控制、光电检测等多学科知识。部分实验内容设计为开放式、研究性,因而通过本实验系统,不仅可以巩固液压传动知识,了解该领域的最新研究和应用进展情况,同时对交叉知识的综合运用亦有所了解,学生通过实验不但可以开阔视野,更有利于培养学生的创新意识和提高动手能力。
The construction,work principle and experiment design of a single fluid water fine mist fire extinguishing experimental system based on pure water hydraulic transmission are introduced.Moreover,some experimental examples are given.The entire experimental system can be divided into the following four parts: the hydraulic power pack,the atomization nozzle or mist spray pod,the control system and the measuring system.The contents of the experiment cover multi-curricular knowledge such as hydraulic transmission,fluid mechanics,mechanical design,mechatronic control,optical measuring method,etc.Parts of the experiment are designed in the form of DIY or research so that through this experiment system,the students can not only strengthen their knowledge of hydraulic transmission,but also learn with about the foremost progress of hydraulic research field and its application.Furthermore,the students can learn how to solve problems by applying inter-curricular knowledge.It will also help students broaden their view,cultivate innovative spirit and improve operation ability.
