摘要 精子钙离子通道CatSper是近年来发现的精子特异性钙离子通道,对男性不育症的诊治有重要作用。CatSper家族4个成员的空间结构非常相似,可能通过其C末端的"蛋白质-蛋白质"结构组成一个具有生物学功能的四聚体钙离子通道。另外,CatSper1和CatSper2定位于精子尾部线粒体上,对精子的运动作用明显;CatSper3和CatSper4定位于精子头部,对精子超活化、穿卵等功能起作用。 The channel protein CatSper( Cation Channel of Sperm, CatSper)is a specific Ca^2 + ion chan- nel family of sperm which plays important role in the diagnosis and treatment of male infertility. The molecular structures of CatSper family are very similar,which perhaps construct a tetramer of calcium ion channels through coiled-coil structure in C-termination. CatSperl and CatSper2 locates at the mitochondrion of sperm tail which impact the motility of sperm, and CatSper3 and CatSper4 locates at the head of spermatozoa which have effect on superactivation and acrosome reaction.
