辅导员应注重坚持思想政治教育的政治导向、注重增强思想政治教育的时代特色、注重改进思想政治教育的方法、注重发挥思想政治教育的全员合力、注重人文关怀和心理疏导。
College counselors should lay special stress on the political guidance of students＇ ideological education, its era characteristics and its practical effect. Emphasis should also be laid on the resultant force of the whole counseling team and on humanistic care and psychological counseling.
