摘要
随着新疆棉花种植面积扩大,拔棉杆已成为农民一项繁重的劳动,农民迫切需要性能优良的拔棉杆机。本人针对目前拔棉杆机工作效率低、漏拔率高、拔断率高、动力消耗大的问题,课题组研究设计了V型齿盘拔棉杆机,机械采用水平拔拉的工作原理,实验表明,该机械作业性能满足农艺要求。
With enlarging of planting areas of cotton in Xinjiang, dialing cotton stem has been an important job in farming. Farmers need excellent machines of dialing cotton stem urgently. Directing to present machinesproblems on low efficiency, poor per - formance and adaption , dialing cotton stem machines of V gear with excellence in capability and adopting has been designed. Experiments show that the machine has a potential to be produced and spread in a large mount.
